Enrolling at Minaret
Minaret College looks for students who will thrive at our school. In particular, we look for students who are willing to engage, try their best and show compassion towards others. To build a positive partnership, students and families should have respect and demonstrate commitment to the Islamic ethos and values of the College (as captured in our Statement of Faith and Code of Conduct).
Enrolment Process
Families are welcome to submit an enrolment application at any time. Applications are processed in the order they are received. Demand is typically highest for Foundation and Year 7 enrolments and so families are encouraged to submit applications well in advance to avoid being placed on a waiting list.
1. Submit Your Application
Applications can be submitted in person or online (coming soon). Applications must be completed in full before progressing to the next stage (including all supporting documentation and signed Terms and Conditions). If you have any questions regarding completing the application, please contact us or visit your nearest campus - our Admin team is always willing to assist.
2. Interview & Assessment
We will contact you to make an appointment for an interview. Prospective secondary students will also be tested for English and Maths.
3. Decision & Offer Letter
A decision will be made and communicated to you. Where an application has been assessed favourably, you will receive an Offer Letter. Your place is secure when the signed acceptance is returned and deposit paid.
School Tour
We welcome and encourage prospective families to tour our campuses. If you are interested in experiencing Minaret College first hand, please call or register your interest below and we will contact you to book in a time.
School Fees
Minaret College maintains school fees to ensure quality education an in an Islamic environment is accessible for local families. Fees for each family are determined based on a transparent fee schedule and concessions are available for those facing financial hardship. Further information is available in our School Fee Policy. Parents are encouraged to contact the Finance team for any questions regarding the below fee schedules.
Bus Service
On most routes, buses can be tracked via the Rollcall App. Students are also issued a card to tap on and off the bus (similar to a Myki Card). This ensures parents have peace of mind knowing the location of their child and the bus at any time.
Applications to use the bus can be submitted at any time during the year. Submissions can be made in person at any campus or by emailing the completed form to bus@minaret.vic.edu.au.
The time between the application being received and the service being available will depend on seat availability and impact on existing bus routes. The Admin team will update you on time frames upon receiving your application.

Uniform
The school uniform at Minaret College serves several important purposes. It symbolises shared values and expectations among students, projects a professional image of the college in the community, fosters a sense of unity and belonging, and is designed for comfort in various learning environments. Students are expected to attend school each day ‘dressed for success’ and compliant with our Uniform Policy.
All uniform items are available for purchase from Academy Uniforms who are contactable via the details below:
IT Devices
Students are typically confident users of technology. However, they require support and guidance to develop the skills to use technology responsibly, appropriately and critically. For this reason, Minaret College students are required to have an IT device as part of the learning resources, which is available from the College, on a rental basis. Primary students use iPads and Secondary students use laptops. Working in collaboration with parents, our aim is to ensure our students become proficient and effective users of technology.
While students can use their personal devices at school, for security reasons, access to College WiFi is limited to devices provided via agreement from the College. College devices are supported by the College IT team. To obtain an IT Device from the College, parents must complete the below Student Device Agreement Form and return it to the College. After the first annual payment is made, a device will be issued.
For any questions or assistance regarding an IT device, please contact the Admin team at your child’s respective campus.
