During the month of Ramadan, Year 4 initiated fundraising projects to support the much needy Myanmar Community. Fundraising activities included: donations by students, face painting, henna, making of slime and charity soccer matches/relays.
As a result of our students’ generosity, we collected $ 2,125.
Our donation will enable the Myanmar Community - use of a Mobile Medical Clinic to treat 250 people a day and also provide clothing for 15 families.
On Thursday 9th August, a cheque was presented to Br Mahmoud Ali, representative of Human Appeal International Australia. The cheque was presented by student leaders, along with Br Omar Marzouk (Head of Campus) and members of the College’s leadership team.
